PreK and Kindergarten Students:  Families will receive communications regarding supplies, etc.,

from teachers as the new school year draws closer.

1st - 5th Grade Students:  Families should click here for summer assignments and supply lists.

6th - 8th Grade Students:  Families should click here for summer assignments and supply lists.

Please note that on all supply lists that any supplies listed as as section A should now be purchased by girls, and any supply listed as section B should now be purchased by boys.

 

Mark your calendar: Round Up Day is Wednesday, August 8th from 1:00-6:00 pm. 

 

Accelerated Reader Information: 

Please see the following announcements regarding AR information from Mrs. Karen Sneed.

I have arranged AR testing dates with the Hendersonville, Gallatin, Millersville, Goodlettsville public libraries and at St. Joseph School this summer for students 2nd -8th grade. If your child is unable to attend the dates below they will be able to take the AR test in their classroom the first week of school. First grade students do not take summer AR tests.

Round Up Day will be reserved for new students only to take AR test.

If your child has forgotten his/her AR login and password, please contact me (Mrs. Sneed) three days before attending the AR test date as the libraries will not have this information.

Hendersonville Public Library:

The week of June 25-28th, 10-7 M-TH, 10-5 T-W 

The library will provide the laptop, space, and assistance in logging into / out of Renaissance but not the student’s username and password.

Parents will check out the laptop and are responsible for proctoring the exam. 

If an adult doesn't have a Hendersonville public library card, they will need to show photo ID – (driver's license).

St. Joseph School:

July 10th 9:30-10:30 in the computer lab

Millersville Public Library:

The week of July 9-13th, 10-6 M-T-W, 10-4 F 

The library will provide the laptop, space, and assistance in logging into / out of Renaissance but not the student’s username and password.

Parents will check out the laptop and are responsible for proctoring the exam. 

If an adult doesn't have a Millersville public library card, they will need to show photo ID – (driver's license).

Gallatin Public Library:

The week of July 17-20. 10-7 T-TH, 9-5 W-F 

The library will reserve computers 29-32 (upstairs), space and assistance in logging into / out of Renaissance but not the student’s username and password.

Parents are responsible for proctoring the exam. 

If an adult doesn't have a Gallatin public library card, they will need to show photo ID – (driver's license).

Goodlettsville Public Library:

The week of July 29-August 3rd, M-TH 10-7

The library will provide the laptop, space, and assistance in logging into / out Renaissance but not the student’s username and password.

Parents are responsible for proctoring the exam. 

If an adult doesn't have a Goodlettsville public library card, they will need to show photo ID – (driver's license).
